  • How do I get started?
  • Immediately after you sign up for your free trial, you’ll be able to assign your virtual assistant as many tasks as you want to, so you can start to think about how to conduct and grow your business, instead of everyday details. There’s no waiting period. You’ll have full access to our experts right away, too.
  • How do I work with my virtual assistant?
  • The same way you’d work with an assistant in your office. Just describe what you want done and provide any information you believe will be helpful. Your virtual assistant will go to work to complete the task right away and let you know when it’s been completed. You can communicate by phone or email, using your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer. You can also communicate via our website or app.
  • What makes MyCloudAssistant different?
  • We don’t just give you a virtual assistant. We give you a virtual assistant who’s connected to our many in-house experts. So he or she can get just about any everyday task and complex task done for you.
  • Can you do tasks I need done in a hurry?
  • Yes, just let your assistant know the deadline. If the deadline is at all reasonable, your assistant should be able to perform it on time.
  • Do all your assistants speak English?
  • Yes. It’s the only language we work in, worldwide.
  • Where are your assistants located?
  • We’re a global organization, serving a world of clients with college-educated, English-fluent administrative and expert on-demand help. Wherever you’re located, we’re here to help.
  • How long does it take to get a typical task done?
  • The time to complete a task depends on the difficulty. Simple ones can be done in moments. More complex ones can take time. A good guide is just to imagine how long it would take a full-time employee in your office to do it.
  • If I ask my assistant to make a call, will he or she act as my assistant or your employee?
  • As your assistant, just as an office employee would.
  • Will I be assigned a personal assistant or will I work with different assistants?
  • You’ll be assigned a dedicated personal assistant, who will get to know you and your needs. The only time you’ll work with another assistant is if your personal assistant isn’t at work when you need something done or is on the phone, in a meeting, or having a lunch break. Then another assistant will step in. Thanks to the remarkable memory of IBM’s Watson, your substitute assistant will know about you and your needs, so he or she will be ready to serve you knowledgeably.
  • Can my assistant do a big task for me?
  • Yes. All our services are scalable. We can put as many people as you need against a task, and you only pay for the hours they work. We will ask for your approval before committing the resources to any task, so we’re always in agreement about the work requested.
  • Do I have to tell my assistant about recurring tasks every time?
  • Not at all. Just schedule them as recurring tasks. When you tell us something once, we remember it. You’ll find you never have to tell us anything twice. That’s the beauty of having IBM’s Watson to retain all our information.
  • How many tasks can I ask to be done?
  • As many as you like. Once again, our service is completely scalable. So we can do as many tasks as you need. Watson remembers all your tasks, so you don’t have to describe any task twice. You just have to tell your assistant which task you want done again. You can also use Watson’s memory to see tasks you’ve previously assigned your virtual assistant and, if you like, select one or more to be repeated or modified.
  • When are your virtual assistants available?
  • 24/7. When your dedicated virtual assistant is not at work, another virtual assistant will fill in for her. So you’ll never be without the help you need. Neat, right?
  • What can I do if I’m ever not happy with the way a task is done?
  • If you’re ever unhappy with our work, just tell your assistant, and he or she will get it right promptly. You can also contact support@mycloudassistant.com. If you’re not completely satisfied, we can change your assistant on a moment’s notice.
  • How do I check on the status of a task?
  • Just ask your virtual assistant. If you ever have a problem, email us by clicking on Support.
  • What if I change my mind and want to cancel a task I’ve assigned?
  • Easy as can be. Just contact your assistant and say your needs have changed and you don’t need the task done. You’ll only be billed for the time already spent on it. You can also cancel using our website or our app.
  • What do I do when my 5-Hour Free Trial is over?
  • If you’d like to continue, nothing. Your agreement will automatically continue. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, simply cancel your subscription. Since you won’t be using our services anymore, there won’t be anymore charges. Simple as that.
  • If for any reason I decide to cancel, how do I do it?
  • It’s easy. Just go to your account page and click on “Cancel my Subscription.” That’s it. No questions asked. No complications whatsoever. We’re glad we had the opportunity to serve you.
  • What if I cancel but change my mind and want to restart my subscription?
  • We often find that a customer appreciates how helpful our virtual assistants are even more after the customers gets used to one and then finds himself or herself without one. So welcome back! Just go to the subscription page, pick your plan, and get started again. Only thing is that returning members can’t enjoy another 5-Hour Free Trial.
